Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact.
Certain products like perishable goods, personal care items, and customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we will initiate a refund:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.).
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item), we will also refund the shipping charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
